PICA PICA AREPA KITCHEN

Depending on how sensitive your bum stomach is, eating simple things like french fries can be a difficult and disappointing task. I can't eat anything that doesn't come from a designated fryer.. so when I found this place on my Find Me Gluten Free app, I was almost peeing in my pants with excitement. This is a dedicated gluten free restaurant! The only thing that I saw on the menu with gluten, was the beer.

I couldn't resist, I ordered fried chicken and pulled pork nachos. It was crispy, not too oily and delicious. If you're in San Francisco, you should definitely stop by - its worth the cab ride.

LYFE KITCHEN

Lyfe Kitchen, one of the most - allergen friendly places I have ever been to. I went for breakfast and lunch the food was good. Their menus are clearly marked and easy to read!

I ordered the GF egg and turkey sandwich for breakfast and the GF BBQ chicken flat bread - definitely a place to check out if you're in Chicago.

LEFT BANK BURGER BAR

Live in downtown Jersey City and in the mood for a burger? Check out the Left Bank Burger Bar for their awesome burgers! Most of the burgers can be made gluten free by omitting the bun. Unfortunately they do not have a separate fryer for their french fries, so if you're as sensitive as me - you won't have any luck filling that craving.

THE COUNTER

This chain is popping up in more and more states! I had it in NJ as well as CA. They have pretty awesome customizable burgers, gluten free buns and a knowledgable staff.

The only thing I'm not fond of is their beer selection - the Counter that I went to in LA only had Redbridge, which is the Budwiser of beers.. gross. Wish they could bump up their selection to Glutenberg, Glutenator - there are so many more beer choices out there! ITS INSANE TO ONLY carry Redbridge.

Oh and all of their GF buns are from UDI'S. Which sucks for me, because I still get sick on it, I'm not sure what it is about the bread, but every time i eat it i feel way off!
