We believe that yoga is an excellent way to stay mentally and physically healthy. If more people practiced yoga than this world would be so different, wouldn’t you agree?
We hope that one day our space will be a big asset to our community.

This time we are taking our yoga mats outside! You are invited to our first outdoor (weather permitting) class. Please bring layers to prepare for spring weather. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but we will have mats and snacks available for you as we did before.
