What is in the base of your flour mix?

  • Our main flour mix is made of a rice flour blend and tapioca starch.

Can we substitute ingredients in your baked goods?

  • Yes we can, but you’ll need to order it as a custom order and will need to order at least 6  pieces. 

Do you make custom cakes?

  • Yes we do, cakes need a minimum of a 3 day lead time.

Where is your primary bakery located?

  • We have partnered with Everything Bagel’s Ridgewood location, where we offer our largest assortment of gluten-free and celiac-safe products. Stay tuned for our exciting expansion plans!

Are your bagels vegan?

  • Yes our bagels are vegan, nut free and soy free.

Can you make dairy-free cakes/cupcakes?

  • Yes please call us or email us to place a custom order for a cake.
